Dublin boasts of having an extensive range of good quality restaurants which are slightly overpriced compared to other European cities. If you are looking for excellent Indian food at great value then you can check the restaurants around the South William Street area. These restaurants also offer some reasonable priced and ‘early bird’ deals, serving three course meals for around €10.

The most recommended dishes to try are the Khyber Tandoori on South William Street and Shalimar on South Great Georges Street. Another excellent option is the Surma on Camden Street and “Govindas” on Georges Street. In Govindas, you can enjoy very cheap Hari-Krishna vegetarian food. People looking for Chinese and Asian restaurants can visit the multi-cultural hotspot, Parnell Street.
